    Overall, this company is a good place to work and grow as everyone here is open to good changes and your position would not be static For salary increment is based on kpo and performance and also every month salary is credited on time
    The good thingsThe directors, managers and colleague are very friendly, caring and ready to listen, solve problems together
    The challengesSometimes got communications problem but everyone, even the directors and managers is open to discussion and ready to improve
