    The good thingsStable job without much new things to learn because it is a routine work.
    The challengesYou need to mingle and have your own gang. I found that the senior staffs tend to fool newcomers. They like to pusing newcomers.

    Less drama in company
    The good thingsLow pressure on work,less drama in office,sometimes busy and sometimes not busy.
    The challengesIf company could hire more local people than Chinese only,would be better. Because in our branch (Miri),we only have 2 local people,which is including me.
