If you can handle toxic work environment, and dont mind other people ignoring you when you ask for help (super individualistic work culture), then maybe you can work here. But personally, for mental and social stability, I will not recommend.
The good thingsSalary and job perks are quite impressive. Annual company trip, dinner, training and gifts from HR. Recently implemented 13-months bonus.
The challengesWork like balance improves since the last time but still major issues of this company. Its a privilege to have 5-days work company (off on Saturday and Sunday) but usually works makes you had to come on weekend.

The management has no idea about the vision and mission at that time, Hopefully, there's a positive change there.
The good thingsAlmost nothing due to the management working on personal capability.
    The challengesClassic management during 2019

The challengesI give my best on my job to aim my goals & move to next level, over work load, need to train new joiner, give training. After 4 years my position still associate? I can't see my future there. Plus never received bonus. Increment only enough for 2 days lunch.

    Toxic environment! Always stressful!
The good thingsMajor exposure and hands on experience on work.
The challengesMinor guidance and workload is too much. Timesheet makes it even stressful. You can't help but watch time ticks all the time!

Thank you for giving me the platform to vent my frustration
The good thingsWhatever is free with strings attached. Food, smiles and sarcastic jokes.
The challengesIt seems people around me have to fake their positive attitude, I'm amazed. Too many internal processes, over structured, small things are made complex. Too much workload which should have been simplified.

I was tricked into rejoining this company
The good thingsSalary on time but on the 28 day of the month
The challengesIt all went well in the beginning but then, eventually it became unbearable. I thought coming back will be good but I didn't realize that I ended up leaving again. No one appreciates my efforts even when I give my best.

An honest review from unappreciated worker
The good thingsThe office is located in a small island of Labuan.
The challengesWork work work. It has caused me stress, diarrhea and migraines. I had to take medical leaves always. Just like when a mango tree is rotten from the inside, better just cut down the tree rather than trim the branches. Fruit filled with worms.

The challengesSometimes boring, not much learn after working here. so many work and every day also work. Not so good, too many work but no bonus. Working hour is 8 + 1 for lunch, so you work 9 hours, very long time.

    Not so good experience
The good thingsLearn a lot of things, then you can go to find better job with higher salary, less stress and a bit more time for yourself.
The challengesAfter 6-12 months, you should already know how to do work and then less learning. Because everyday is only about work, better go somewhere else. I know because I work longer than 2 years. Not so good for mental health and salary also not so much.

The good thingsExposure to various nature of business and skills, supportive trainings worldwide.
The challengesUnskilled Team Leads, people with no education have higher position, blaming cultures, work overload with minimal salary, no chance of growth for bumiputera, very high turnover of people resigning because of this.

A place to improve your skills for better job opportunities
The good thingsIt is a famous trust company on the island. The company's is big name is with big clients. No competitors bigger than the company. Work system and procedures very advanced with high tech IT system.
The challengesPeople will guide you on the job and also have training online. Very serious and quiet working environment. Many people coming and leaving the company. I don't really know a lot of people. Maybe good for first time job or to find more experience. Salary actually not very high compared to KL and someone told me that other companies also pay almost same price. Routine work and many tasks to complete and must finish work by deadline.

Good place to work for better professional career
The good thingsOpen-plan office concept, employees are quite friendly, no traffic jam, cheap food compared to KL. The usual medical and dental benefits. Have a leisure club, very long working hours, overtime without pay and work on weekends. Provide opportunity to try be placed with other department for new scary challenges.
The challengesEuropean culture which contradicts Malaysian working style that wants great growth until most of the staffs don't really know each other. You are there solely for one underlying purpose only: to work - be an asset or leave when you are a liability. Management will brief the employees prior to conducting staff survey, staff don't have their own say.

Difficult place to get good salary
The good thingsColleague help as much as they can but very stress and sometimes not very sure. Must finish work on time and use timesheet. Too many people joined but most also didn't work very long except managers and old grey hair senior staff waiting retire. Got company activities also it fun and makan-makan.
The challengesPeople a bit scary, staff always change, my kpi difficult to get good result and I got chance to go back KK, so maybe not so suitable if work here too long, now covid-19, luckily I'm in hometown with family.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to try working here
The good thingsEmail, systems and procedures, time management tool and on the job training. Give exposure for new employees and interns.
The challengesSenior staff enjoy sneering at juniors. Shallow in mind and hollow in heart. They don't guide you properly and loathe at your presence. Nothing will ever make them recognise your effort and mistakes are always frowned upon.

Fierce competition and very strong work environment
The good thingsI met some good but many bad colleague. Time sheet is the biggest work challenge - very good to measure your time managing skills. Good experience for fresh graduates and learning.
The challengesPeople fighting like schoolboys and very busy workplace. Sometimes people so busy they can't teach you properly. Now seems like a lot staff gone, and like downsizing, maybe going close down? Fresh graduates will fell salary not good enough and no promotion but only a lot of work. No bonuses and no rewarding work cause low motivation. Can option to go other trust companies - at least no time sheet.

Good for fresh graduates and candidates who don't have career objectives
The good thingsWork more than 8 hours (excluding 1 hour lunchtime), 2 screens means 2 tasks at 1 time, time sheet to monitor your time because time is gold, large workspace and cabinets for you to pile up all your works, too many internal procedures on what is right or wrong, the correct work culture, how you suppose to behave, supported by company posters and banners in every corner of the office. The unusual company activities.
The challengesCheap pantry biscuits, dirty toilets and mouths talking behind people's back, feeling forced to smile and do whatever necessary to complete tasks. Robotic and mundane HR staffs, no parking spaces, small elevator, dirty pantry place, oven and refrigerator.

Learning Experience but not for long term
The good thingsPeople in the company pride themselves being part of the team. Not too sure if pride that causes them to become proud like a peacock but having the brain the size of a peanut and heart without decency.
The challengesDifficulty of keeping record of the time you spent in the toilet, number of works done after constant nagging and high pitch tone hearing sessions.

The challengesterrible managers and management. not too sure what they want to achieve and all full of talks, fancy presentations and pay peanuts.
