Worthwhile InternshipThe good thingsAs an intern, I was able to go through and help out departments other than the one I applied for. There is definitely a learning curve to familiarise yourself with the company's products and clients, but Taiko provides great training for new hires and my supervisors/colleagues were more than happy to provide guidance when needed.
Overall, this company has a good working environment and lots of opportunities for the people to grow vertically and horizontally.
Also, free lunch occasionally and lots of corporate events (i.e. Christmas party).
The challengesAs mentioned, there is a steep learning curve to familiarise yourself with the company's operation, but the manager responsible for the training program is very helpful and is always happy to provide guidance when needed!
