    The good thingsTML give a good COOPERATION to staff , give a good team work , just salary for senior staff is same with a new staff .just like not fair with senior staff which is already serve long time with company.

    The challengesYou have to be a Multitasker and lack of job priorities. Don't know what top management wants as they just give direction without proper advice on how to achieve it. Always ask staff to do unnecessary things and less appreciation or benefit given by top management and lack of communication between staff.

    Too Low Salary for Degree Holder
    The good thingsgood work environment, good collagues, learnt basic AMLA system, getting good at communicating with foreign workers.
    The challengesi heard my collague never get increment in 3 years working there. no wonder degree holder got minimum wages also. served customers who are fussy and that they want to threaten us because the system sometimes abruptly under maitenance when make a transaction.

    The challengesBad boss. Always fussy and angry, refuse to teach, get angry instead. Always answers questions with sarcasm. Not helpful. Only being nice when in need of help. Saw the previous worker being disrespected everyday.

    The good thingsSo far I learnt what is AMLA system and can understand it what the affect to its person.
    The challengesI have to go others branch for back up and sometimes not in my region place without any allowances and very hard to claim OT due to our company did not provide that. Working with teammates so far so good but a few of them is only know how to give instructions but to do it is very bad and only want to get recognize if the present of boss, they will claim that they are doing that job. But the management of this company is very awful as they dont appreciate their own staff and keep pushing.

    The good thingsthere is nothing good working here. only plus point is getting good at communicating with foreign workers.
    The challengescompany has a below average management team. salaries are poor and all benefits is the most bare minimum. even that the company will find excuse to prevent the staffs from exercising it.

    as an internship at sarahill consultant for a few month make me want to work with them everyday without bored.
    The good thingsmy officemate are very sporting, strong with teamwork and full with work energy. they will always teach new staff, share some new work style, do all the work togethers even though that is not their work field. that is because they want every staff will go home after finish time work.
    The challengeswhen meet the deadlines, every staff will do their best to help from every side they can. when their proposal accepted, ready all the document and sketch are very tired because we need 1 or 2 day to prepare for it. we also need to get ready almost for 9 set of very thick document and sketch.

    The challengesDo not really know what is to expect from the Top Management. Paper work and proposal had been put up for planning and future consideration action but was commented that all the ideas were outdated. Unfortunately, the ideas was implemented in other region or branches. During discussion session, it was highlighted that budget was not an issue but later on, all proposal were rejected.
