    The good thingsgood benefit, cover medical, hospitalization and got claims. their HR is nice but sometimes got delay on works. I believe due to overload. but overall their management is fine and helped us a lot. I think this is the best company I ever joined. it sad for me to leave this company.

    The challengesFor me the challenge of working in the sector are everywhere ... the challenge I faced was new employees who come with high education, have a nice theory but no work experience in the field of employment. For me the problem we have to work in the field together to see the source to solve the problem .... there is work we can produce a theory, idea or opinion of each and it's also easier in a job
