    The challengesFor network department, you'll be one-man army. Its challenging as u have to do it alone but really great for your experience

    The good things-Great colleague -Super Friendly environment (everybody is nice to each other) -Negotiable bosses (Listens to subordinates opinion) -Company took a good care of employees well being
    The challenges-Salary is average -Currently understaffed (but may change by time) thus a lot of responsibilities to be handled.

    Great Workplace!
    The good thingsBeing amongst the nicest colleague, working there was like the best atmosphere one can ever think of. Friendly environment, there are also times where the company would take out on a field trip to ease our mind. Overall, I would recommend joining since they are looking for more coders who would love to pour in more ideas to the company.

    Disappointingly going downhill
    The good things- flexi hours - working environment - certain department leaders takes care of the their own
    The challenges- last minute decisions by the higher ups - certain set of skills does not apply to other companies or differ from normal standards from other companies - finger pointing among departments - performing tasks out of scope

    The good thingsGreat learning experience when it was the era of technopreneurs. Flexibility and many company activities when it was still mid size.
    The challengesThe salary or incentive scale. Though times due to competition and large scale projects sustainability. High dependency on government related projects.
