    The challenges1. Dramatic place to work. A lot of drama. 2. Inappropriate management. 3. Less training provided , most of the time you have to troubleshoot and Google by yourselves at customer place

    Work Hard and Gain a lot of knowledge
    The good thingsThis company really gave me an opportunity to me to learn a lot of new Technical things that I have not had any experience during my previous jobs. A lot f new things to learn and it really depends on individual if they willing to learn or not. If you are lazy and just want to have comfort life then you will fail.
    The challengesOf course the management here are very aggressive and they want things to be done on time. They do not expect staffs that sits in the office playing handphone games.

    The good thingsTrain your mindset and endurance
    The challengesRepeat the same things every day and have to face the weird attitude of the admin team and managements. The problem of this company is the way they like to push engineers and lack of communications between department. Engineers and technical team in here have very low position and not being appreciated .They think they pay your salary and you must have to commit to work and solve problem for them. Like being treated as Bangla workers.

    Not a Good place to stay long
    The good things1.High Pay compared to other competitor. 2.Can train your endurance and your emotional.
    The challenges1.Last minutes work assign by Admin team with unacceptable reason because they need to rush on the schedule and running in parallel with other vendors. 2.No work life balance and being monitored by many "CCTV". 3.No trust between managements and engineers. 4.You have to work or accept job which is NOT in your job scope. 5.Less training provided , most of the time you have to troubleshoot and Google by yourselves at customer place. 6. Conflict between admin team and engineer because engineers don't know what they have agreed with customer and being blamed if do extra works.(No clear scope of work being declared, when problems happens, argue again.) 7.Sweet couples' attitudes. Depends on mood.

    if you want to train you patient and like challenge your life, join and experience it
    The good thingsYou will learn how to train your patient of cause you will learn your job scope too. But you have to face your 'real' boss.
    The challengesYou have to face your “real' boss every day and accept what she/he say. Advice if you want to work here long, you have to accept someone character.

    The good thingsVery friendly and talkative. For any new worker this can help them very much because usually they will find it too difficult to make friends for first month worked.
    The challengesSame work everyday. Good for working experience but no any new learning process.

    The good thingsThis is SI company where they sell and support for various IT technology. For the new comer in IT job, I can say that this is the best place to learn and get much experience. You can learn more about the Printer and PC for low level and for the high level you can learn how to setup and maintain the switch VLAN configuration, Server installation such as AD and Exchange and Firewall.
    The challengesThe challenges here in this company you will learn or do by yourself first until you cannot do then the Technical Lead will assist you. This way will make you become more independence and your solve skill will improve a lot. By that time people will acknowledge and respect you. Do not feel lazy to learn new things because IT will grow fast.
