    The good thingsGood supervisor, supportive team, cozy office, good skill development in terms of electrical knowledge and skills. Working hour is very flexible and fairly relaxed environment. Throughout my intern here, I have gain more knowledge that has helped me in pursuing my career after graduating from university and boost my resume qualities. For those who enjoy working on site and staying there for several days, this is the work for you.
    The challengesWorking at distribution department, you have to monitor the street lights that are currently being tested on the field at night, sometimes up to morning. Those who cannot work at night might find it challenging to adapt to this work. Lots and lots of site visit, not recommended for women or those with family commitment.

    The good thingsThe employers and the senior colleagues are very helpful. They never failed to entertain any curiosity or questions asked and willing to assist in completing our tasks. Besides having to work in an office environment, employees will be exposed to field works as well as involved with CSR events which I found very exciting and enjoyable.
    The challengesAs one of the leading company in research in its respective industry, meeting expectations and datelines of clients are quite challenging.

    The good thingsI have internship here. The supervisors assigned are very committed and put much efforts teaching us hands-on experiences. All employers seems very friendly and professional when it comes to their role. The environment is socially healthy and comfortable. Recommended for industrial training since I used to be one :D.
    The challengesWhen it comes to office hours, outside of the office within the building is very much quiet, pretty awkward for me.

    The good thingsWorking at TNB Research feels like being in a one big warm family under one roof. Friendly group of experienced technichians, researchers and engineers all working together to troubleshoot and solve problems, innovate new products and serve the clients and visitors coming from all across the country and also the world (such as South Korea and India) particularly during exhibitions.
    The challengesManaging multiple projects and services, meeting deadlines and maintaining good relationship with various clients, adhering to certain policies by higher-ups. Nonetheless, TNB Research is such a peaceful and stress-free environment to work.

    The good thingsOutstations all around peninsular Malaysia. This organisation offer research services and solve the problems faced by TNB by doing ongoing research. Working here will be exposed on handling lots of lab equipment and software. There are many departments and everybody could share their research.
    The challengesNew knowledge on different project held. For example, i once involve in TCO project and it involve data mining knowledge. Which i have not learnt in college. Therefore, i need to study and ask my supervisor for help.

    The good thingsI ENJOY THE ENVIRONMENT HERE. IF YOU LIKE OFFICE ENVIRONMENT WITH NO HANDS ON NEEDED, THIS IS THE PLACED. BUT IF YOU WANT MORE HANDS ON EXPERIENCED , I RECOMMEND TO GO TO MANUFACTURING BASED COMPANY OR FACTORY. THE INTERNSHIP PAY IS GOOD. THE PAYROLL FOR ENGINEER IS ALSO VERY GOOD AS IT WAS FUNDED BY MOTHER COMPANY TNB BERHAD
    The challengesTHE CHALLENGES IS LESS FIELD WORKS MORE OFFICE WORKS. THE RESEARCH CONDUCTING USUALLY NEEDS MORE PATIENCE AND TIME CONSUMING AND NEEDED TO WORK INDIVIDUALLY MORE THAN GROUPING. SO IF AN INDEPENDENT PERSON WORKS HERE, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
