Due to the significant challenges and high turnover rate, it’s advisable to carefully consider other opportunities before joining this company.
The good thingsFree-flowing food in the pantry. Slightly higher salary package compared to industry standards.
The challengesHeavy workload and a highly toxic work environment. Lack of proper team planning and poor management practices. HR policies that do not align with the Malaysian Employment Act, including changing job titles without prior discussion. Exceptionally high turnover rate, with new employees joining and resigning every month. Promises of Work-From-Home arrangements are unreliable, as they are likely to be discontinued.

Good to work if you have the right boss
The good thingsGood benefits, have free flow of drinks, instant noodles, gaming, alot of employee engagements and allowance. Every good thing that happen to your life means you get cash - work anniversary, marriage, have a kid, birthday, etc.
The challengesDirection changes fast and boss can be hard to satisfy. It is not about what the business need, it is what the respective boss wants.

Failure to failure without losing ethusiams
The good thingsManagement has literally taking our feedback and do something about it. Love the focus group that we've had last week with Ken Blanchard group. The management is showing the slowly-but-surely improvement past 12 months.
The challengesSometimes too many cooks in the kitchen spoil the soup. Ease up on the requirements, focus top 3 items; what matters most and push forward.

Feeling of 3 months working here
The good thingsI love my team, they are good very helpful, and office environment. Active and quite young.
The challengesRushing, re-do of my manual task like going no where. There is no work life balance here. Long working hour somehow work from home after 11pm I started on my 2nd day..I joint as strategy team but end up work like operation robots, no brainer needed here, just do. many overlapped job, double job and none efficient at all. Seems like Stone Age. No proper direction and process for such a “big” company. Most tiring is they love to blame but issue doesn’t resolve.

So much new things I learned and great team I have worked ever.
The good thingsFlexible working hours with good support from all department. Colleagues will not hesitate to teach and share info with newbie. Managers help so much and not biased. One of the company that do not have any conflicts or company issues. Employees well rewards as managers always treats for lunch/dinners, bonus remuneration and generous in annual leave entitlement.
The challengesSo far everything is okay.

    Great Explore
The good thingsIt is a start up joint venture with foreign company. It is a great experience to explore more, not only within Malaysia, but also extend to China. As a leading finance and information technology company, really look forward to the change through our own effort.
The challengesThere is a lot of messy stuff for a start up company. Have to build it up from scratch. As an information technology, it is fast changing and you have to react immediately. The workload is heavy and timeline is limited. Need to put more and more focus on.

    Great opportunity for growth
The good thingsOpportunity to work with two large entities: Touch n Go and Ant Financial. Leaders in the field, and fintech is now one of the hottest sectors in Asia. Great opportunity to pioneer if you are based in Malaysia or Asia. Nice working environment in Bangsar South, surrounded by top MNCs and tech companys, contemporary and fresh look inside the offices. Package wise it is above average compared to many other tech companies in the area.
The challengesIt's a startup essentially so initiative and independent mindset is required. There are not always guidelines available as it is a new company, and prepare for busy schedules.

Secured and stable place to work
The good thingsEasy to communicate within departments. Colleagues are always willing to listen and explore roles and responsibility for projects. Young and older workforce mix are able to coexist. Mid to lower management are eager to move forward and taste success by supporting management
The challengesMyopic view due to no competition and lack of will to understand ground level. Strategies developed are either outdated or ill-informed. Constant change of direction due to poor ability to differentiate between long-term strategy and interim goals. GLC styled office politics
