    Penang1 to 2 years in the role, current employee
    Its was good experiance for fresh grad to gain knowledge
    The good things1) Have a good friend here 2) Director is also kind and nice
    The challenges1) Please listen to workers' complaints 2) Please pay a fair wage to the employee with a certificate 3) Do more training to improve employee skills
