    The good thingsEventhough working in the factory side, but the working environment is very nice. I worked under a talented and understanding leader. His positive and clear mind while working affects all staffs and we work harmoniously. He manage to see each of our talent and grow us up.
    The challengesWe was just a small manufacturing & trade company. So, each and every decision made must be thought through. The seasonal-type of business needs the process to be flexible and firm in the same time. Every aspect of the process must be filtered and discussed to prevent excess purchase and stock level
