    Good, but with some downsides
    The good thingsAble to learn a lot in each rotation. Get to see an overview of how a life insurance business works. Good opportunity to work with different teams.
    The challengesSpeaking from my real experience here. Sadly, the management for this programme is very poor. I was only informed a day earlier for my next rotation previously. Also, after 2 years (which means I’m due to complete this program), no one looked for me or is responsible for my permanent placement. There were also no respond from the human resource team when I looked for them. Imagine a company with good core values but not practicing it. Really upsetting.

    The good thingsGood things about Tokio Marine Life Insurance that they care about their staffs especially HQ team will ask branch team how was the day and how to overcome the situation in a good manners plus positive attitude.
    The challengesThe challenges could be high but as for me, since I was working on operation ( branch ) , when I met the clients @ customers . Because I concern about PDPA issues and some of customers @ clients might not understand about that.

    This company help me to enhance my communication skills, and exercise my knowledge in every task given to me.
    The good thingsAll staffs are very helpful and friendly. The manager and senior manager that works with me give me a chance to prove myself and ready to help me if there is any difficulties. All the staffs communicate in English, hence it helps me to improve my communication skills in English more.

    The good thingsBetter than average employee benefits, petrol card instead of milage claim. Lack of supervision for the marketeers hence most of them come in late and leave after lunch
