    The good thingsGood environment, Helpful colleague, Good management, Salary always on time. For fresh graduate, you'll definitely improve your diamond grading skill in this company.
    The challengesFirst of all, its's like 80-90% are diamonds and only 10-20% are color stones to grade..if you prefer consistent type of work then this is the best choice. Secondly, they might ask you to come back to work during your leave.

    The good thingsFriendly working environment, most of the working procedure is there, you just have to pick it up. Good colleagues there, willing to share. Complimentary training about jewelry is provided.
    The challengesToo comfort in the traditional way to deliver. Middle level management is not there yet, the decision they made can be easily being challenge. Salaries and benefit to be improve.

    The good thingsA good chance and a good start of point to learn when your employers would encourages you to work and progress. You will learn a lot from your managers. Time to time you will be required to provide a group discussion on case studies on fraud cases. This will be a good learning curve. Company environment is good, very low political issues and warm heart colleagues.
    The challengesManagement should understand employees perspective and managers should know what does the subordinates knows.

    Times in tomei
    The good thingsFeel great to work with colleagues who same level with me but not with management personnel. Can learn a lot of new knowledge especially knowledge about HR generalist. Here is my step stone for my future HR path and exploration. Here is a very good learning environment especially for fresh grads. Hence, highly recommended for fresh grads to work at here to explore their career path even pay is low
    The challengesYou need to face some office politics here. However, overall is still acceptable. Top management especially my head always deny their responsibility and push the guilty to lower level employees. Hence, you need to learn how to defense and protect your own.
