A good place to gain working experience and learn responsibility.
The good thingsI learned a lot during my time here. The working environment helped me become more responsible and improve my admin and coordination skills. It was a good place to gain experience and understand how a company operates.
The challengesCommunication between departments can be improved, and some processes could be more organised to make work smoother.

The challengesNeed to work 6days per week. Salary not worth your degree and salary based on OT and shift. Follow production schedule; If have production, have OT. For a long term, Degree holder is not advisable to apply as a QC Chemist here.

The challengesWhen the order increase, the incoming material and outgoing finish good are double than usual. thus, required extra time to settle all task but no overtime are allowed for clerk position.

The challengesPrepare to be an operator. Some technician will take you for granted. No work life balance you have to woek 6 days 12 hours.
