    Not best but not worst.
    The good thingsThere are many things to learn as for a beginner. Able to take part in many part of a running company. Good working environment with friendly colleague so far. Do provide lunch(vegetarian) and the food sold in canteen is very cheap compare to outside. Good for those who looking for stable working environment.
    The challengesMust be very punctual to work as it will minus your year end bonus amount. Company provide vegetarian lunch, if you're not a vegetarian lover, have to use your 45 minute and eat outside which is quite rush. If you late than 45 minute, yes it will minus your year end bonus as well.

    The challengeswork time too early salary are on allowance basic if late will cut allowance the basic salary is low way of working is pressure and boring no interaction between colleagues turnover is really high sales manager really not nice

    The good thingsExposures to various functions because the company like to UTILIZE the employee as a multitasking work horse. Good for greenhorn to learn the tricks in their career.
