    Nightmare begins from Day 1
    The good thingsColleagues & subordinates are cooperative and helpful.
    The challengesFamily oriented business without proper management. conflicting instructions from father, mother and daughters and the blaming game start. Too many micromanaging from the top management, toxic environment.
