    The good thingsA chill working environment with friendly and helpful colleagues and managers. It is a good place for beginners who want to gain exposure as a programmer in a business background.
    The challengesTake time to understand and apply the business logic, especially when you are not familiar with insurance related things. Don’t worry, always ask questions, as everyone is willing to guide and help you.

    There are certain positives and disadvantages working in this company like any other family businesses similarly, however, opportunities to learn while earning a living is what I want.
    The good thingsFreedom for own creativity and not much Management Supervision. Independence and self initiative is the good thing about working in this company. One must make sure his or her responsibilities are completed within expectations. Work is non restrictive on how you get the job done.
    The challengesNeed to wear many hats and answerable to many directors. May not be necessary bad but it’s a challenge sometimes. Especially when during peak and super busy with everything going at once. Have to be able to juggle and multi task. One surely need to face challenges by own self and power through. Great for fresh grads.

    A Decent Start For Software Developer/Data Scientist Interns Out There
    The good thingsIt's a very chill environment there. You are not forced to wear formally with a shirt and tie if you work with the upstairs team since you're not facing customers face-to-face. Tasks are reasonably difficult with a good learning curve. My supervisor never really pressured me and let me solve things on my own until i ask for help. Very fruitful experience as an intern And also, free snacks and coffee! (and tea)
    The challenges1. It can be quiet at times 2. Their systems can be a bit messy in terms of development as of writing this. As a programmer, it's a pain to look at what has been written on there at times. 3. Technology that are used are a little bit outdated for their systems, specifically software. If you're looking to learn new technology and frameworks that are popular out there, the place won't be your best choice. But still a good one if you're looking for experience, teamwork and relax environment to work at.

    The good thingsA lot things to learn. Provided you are hardworking. Company pay even during mco without working.
    The challengesA lot documentation and serve different different clients. Management are strict however it value those that are hardworking and not lazy.

    The good thingsTheir down line agent in KL never provide any services to the customer. Everything must done by our self but when claiming the premium, no need to inform them they will come forward in front of you...T M D. Commission they want to take but when asking for the service.... DO IT YOUR SELF.....
    The challengesIf Tony never did something on our complain. This company will die soon.
