The challengesModify modify modify. The drawing need to release early but no review on machine drawing. Not follow the standard mechanical design review with other department. Several staffs has no capability to handle their position yet they are trying to act like professional. The organisation itself got some bugs in the whole management system, yet some of the superior are using those bugs as an excuse to skip their duty.
