The challengesThere something i don't prefer about it company is from working environment . Must be someone who can multitask a lot and sometimes work load to heavy cause the department is not specifically ask you to do your deparment job only but others to. Sometimes quite less guide especially for new staff and The Kpi system also hard to do sometimes cause of the job load itself.
