    The good thingsNothing is good here now. 2024 was no hope for company to survive in market worldwide, no future, no ot, no increment, no bonus, no promotion, no support from management. Thank you
    The challengesHigh turnover rate and with freeze hiring being implemented, current staff need to take up more jobs of the resigned staff. Not worth it to work here since no work-life balance and the salary given does not justify with the amount of work is done.

    A terrible company and a place to work, if you are going to work here for the first time or its your first job its better to think twice because its not worth it for your career enhancement. This company look pretty on the outside but crumbling from the inside. Micromanagement in the highest level & save your energy and opportunity for other better company and its okay to pass this company. not worth your mental when some manager is mentally unstable.

    The challengesHigh turnover rate has caused 1 staff to take more role with the same pay. Company promise meritocracy base evaluation but the KPI evaluation says otherwise High expectation doesn't come with gratitude when achieve.

    Good place to experience big company work life for trainee
    The good thingsExperienced as an industrial trainee for the r&d department. Very exciting place to learn about glove manufacturing, have a lot of project even as an intern therefore you can learn how to manage your time and gain new knowledge. You can also continue to work there as a staff if you have an experience as a trainee there.
    The challengesIn term of management I think it's very stressful and now work life balance for some department you need to be on call. So many CCTV even around the lab area and there will be officer checking it and if you do even simple mistakes you can have demerit. Dont even know the reason they conducted the morning exercises if you dont join also you'll get demerit. Salary difference between different races even though you have the same qualifications.

I also had the opportunity to work with a great team of professionals who provided guidance and support throughout the experience.     The good thingsAs a trainee for a 3-month period, you will learn a lot of things, including technical and management knowledge. Company management is very welcoming towards trainees, especially when we are very keen to learn new things on the production process.
    The challenges1. Communication with foreign workers that have difficulty understanding English and Malay. 2. A nonstop production and maintenance schedule will get you exhausted. Sleep well and rest well lads!
