    Below Average, Not Recommend.
    The good thingsThe flexibility and the creativity of you solve the problem. All work done is only 30% assist from high-ups while the other is between your idea / manpower idea. Heck even if you dint have driver to pick up your project item, you need to pick up by yourself.
    The challengesThe store for itemization is terrible / worst / Low level. As if you want to start a project that day. Your need to ask your manpower to find the item, or you find it by yourself. By these time you already waste half day or your time.

    The good thingsGood senior staff, challenging, can learn a lot especially fresh graduate, can develop not only theory but skills, enter multiple type of industrial, must be very independent
    The challengesPoor management, low salary based on the workload, no job scope (mostly rojak), poor communication between the management, negative boss, poor coordination for projects, no benefits

    The good thingsThe seniors are helpful, good place for fresh graduates since it expose you to the real working environment and various task.
    The challengesStressful working environment. Too much work at one time, you cannot focus on your field of study. Must be independent without a proper guidance with a high expectation from employer. Poor salary and benefits.
