    it's fun and nice to be able to work there but I can't just stay on for fun and nice people. overall, is not a long term job for me.

    The challengesthe job scope for customer service is much more than what customer service are suppose to do, our job also includes admin job and office job, and the pay is too low.

    Can consider as a fast grow SME company
    The good things1) Provide lots of coffee & snacks. 2) Culture is good (less politic).
    The challenges1) Limited Packing. 2) Management does not provide proper guidance. 3) System needed to be implemented 4) Lack of man power during festive / peak season.

    Growing Company - Growing Employees - Growing Benefits
    The good thingsGreat working culture as there is little office 'politics' and everyone treats each other with due respect and shares their knowledge for growth and benefits for the company. Great employee benefits and work environment is new (moved in new building). Basic necessities (food, drinks, microwave, water filter) provided. Company is always taking in feedback from employees and improving the company policies.
    The challengesParking can be limited due to the location. Workload can be increased especially before & after festive seasons due to bulk orders.

Constant changes and feedbacks from employees are reviewed by management company - providing upgrades for better work environment and staff benefits The company overall is constantly changing and improving for the betterment of customers and employees alike.
    The challengesParking is a challenge sometimes due to limited parking space.

    The good things1. Pantry got lots of coffee & tidbits to enjoy. 2. It's a office branch therefore we enjoy little bit freedom of work.

    The good things1) Young group of employees, giving fresh ideas and something different from traditional business where the decision must be decided by a senior 2) Bosses are young in heart and it brings excitements to work 3) Everyday is a challenge, it's never dull working with Topmix, you get to see beautiful artwork for decoration, that's a plus
    The challenges1) You have to be flexible at your work to meet expectations, since the structure of the company is constantly changing. 2) There is so much to learn if you're coming from a cross industry, knowledge and skills doesn't come easily without time and effort
