    I learn a lot of things here.About work, human behavior and professionalism.
    The good thingsMy boss was a very good and humble person. Ask her anything, about work or about personal, she will answer you honestly. Surrounding and environment was very nice too.You will laugh and doing your work at the same time. I stick to my Work Rules #1 which is 'you create the vibes not the vibes create you' but working here, the vibes is already a positive vibes, I just need to blend in.
    The challengesOnly one challenge; if you are doing overtime work, you will not get paid. Other than that, this company is enjoyable to work with and to learn something that will help with your career.

    Work-life balance. Average salary. Good team mates. No benefit at all due to register under recruitment firm. Salary on time and sometimes earlier. Average work environment. Less chances to learn new things.

    The challengesLess chances to learn as all are busy doing their own work. Have been ask to do unreliable work such as make sure printer paper supply is enough. Cannot locate the contract or proper guideline in documentation. Usually as a document controller, you will got some documentation procedure, main template and guidelines, but here, it is nothing. Do not supplied with complete job description.
