    Bad management, fresh graduate can try to work here and get experience.
    The good thingsi like traveling, this job required travel alot.
    The challengesManagement was overly controlling, with frequent micromanagement of staff. I worked there for a few months and was confirmed based on my performance. However, after a disagreement with my manager regarding work matters, the working relationship became strained. Following that, I was assigned very tight project schedules and closely scrutinized for minor mistakes.

    My honest review ❌❌❌❌My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Salaries were consistently delayed, and EPF contributions were deducted but not paid on time — a serious red flag. There is absolutely no respect for work-life balance; staff were frequently disturbed during weekends, late nights, and even festive holidays. The management is controlling and toxic, constantly micromanaging employees while offering zero appreciation or recognition, no matter how hard you work. The workload is unreasonable, communication is chaotic, and decisions are made without proper direction. This is by far one of the worst companies I’ve worked for. I strongly advise others to stay away.

    PLEASE CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT. Please do not mistreatment your staff, WALI.
    The good things1. colleagues and officemates are very helpful and supportive
    The challenges1. Worst management ever. 2. No Benefit at all. 3. Salary and claim are delayed; for example, salary only released at the end of the following month. 4. Useless HR because cant support good staff. 5. EPF is deducted but never paid. 6. No bonus, increment, medical card.

    The good thingsYou Multi skill with multi task job which are quite difficult.
    The challengesMulti task which we need to improve on overall strength. Need to be ready physical and mentality. You need to have skills such as electrical theory, wiring skills, IT knowledge (PABX, BAS and EM), mechanical ( most equipment is still mechanical which are control) and electronic ( controller, access door, fire alarm)
