    The good thingsFollow standard from Toyota Production System (TPS) with close monitor of Japanese top management. Good internal communication and information sharing among the staffs. Safety first is the main focus to ensure staff works in safe environments.

    challenging experienced working with male worker in the logistic department.
    The good thingsknowing the flow of logistic that we dont know what means of logistic transportation. its really challenging for a women who interested to working in this department. without logistic there is no transportation that will keep your material arrived on time like what u want.
    The challengesworking with with males. had to do a job in warehouse. knowing and understand a hundred spare parts of vehicle in a short period.
