    Welcome to multitask career.
    The good thingsGood exposure for self and career development. Can improve leadership and decision-making skills. Need to work under stress. Absolutely have good and supportive colleague from other outlets around Malaysia.
    The challengesCommunication barrier between outlet and management. Plus, challenge for someone that look for work life balance. Need to standby 24/7 for any raised issue (manpower strength, equipment and supplier)

More excitement coming from birthday celebration, company dinner and sport club. Knowledge Development Company provide a lot of good training that suitable for each staff which can enhance our knowledge and career development. Benefits I'm glad to be one of TMS staff as they provide a lots of benefits regardless of which rank you are. From benefits to donation, an employer who is very concerned with his employees.
    The challengesMulti-Tasking Employees are required to know all the basic/advance thing that happen in this company. Need to be multi-tasking on your job scope. Regardless of this challenges, this is a good opportunity for you to learn all of the skills that out of your knowledge.
