    Too much workload
    The good thingsGet to learn a lot with all the measurement work, tendering work and get the chance to go site valuation. Basically you have to single handed and be responsible of your work. Seniors wont be there 24 hours to assist you.
    The challengesNeed to be responsible of the work given, chasing deadlines, willing to OT especially until night and also on weekends. Also, dont be suprised of your OT cant be calmed.

    Friendly and helpful staff
    The good thingsSeniors here are willing to teach the juniors. This is such a training environment provided for especially the fresh graduate. Adequate working load is given and you get to learn many starting from tender stage to final account.
    The challengesManagement might need to be re-organised for better improvement. Benefits distribution of company might need to be improved by the head.

    Learn a lot of things
    The good thingsLearning new software which is Gloden, how to make claims, and I have chance to attend Site meeting and CCM meeting.
    The challengesAlways have to stay back for ot and sometimes even stay until 12/1.00 am.

    The good thingsThe top management and the senior are very friendly and never hesitate in assisting us whenever we facing a difficulty. Furthermore the company are willing to invest the time and resources in courses and adapting new skills for it employee.
