    The challengesyou need to wait lifetime to upgrade your position. The increment so little but your boss will try to convince that amount tally with inflation etc

    I have a good time working here. Great experience, surrounding by a good people/workmate.

    The challengesA salary was quite small compared to the job especially when workers have to stand up for 8 hours a day especially at the production line where a very busy awaits almost every day. But after all its a good experience.

    The good thingsGood environment, many rest time, many holidays, have miscellaneous of allowance, low profile of top management, have free parking, have many smoking area, can learn many things, caring staff members, clean factory, work only for normal shift, security is very tight so its good for our transportation that parking, toilet 5 star super clean n all use Toto product that is micro-controlled toilet seat (Japanese product) and have bonus also increment every year.
    The challengesCan learn many things, we have to be independence, can increase our communication skill, working with low supervision from senior, have to be creative and come out with idea at least one for every month, support other group if they lack of manpower and many folder to be memorize.

    The company had given me a lot of knowledge in drawing, measurement and also able to understand the process flow not only TOTO but also suppliers company.
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues and really helpful towards each other. Gain knowledge in measuring part using CMM machine. Able to understand the process flow. Able to improve communication and presentations skills. Able to understand drawing and measurement. Able to understand the cause and effect of the suppliers part.
    The challengesThe salary is very low. Graduated in Degree but the salary is only Diploma.

    The good thingsfirst of all the company is beyond other company. workers satisfication and view are recognise by the top management. all new idea is given from the employees been review until the headquater office and all the share holder. if meet the company good. also CSR been implemented towards the better future of the company and the peiple around.especialy involving enviorment goodnes workers is the future
    The challengesthe challange to give opppurnities to worker to think that the company is as their family. from the lavel oof opperator until the top management is consider as family. if one failure the burden will be barred by all. most important is to make sure safety and good enviorment of work to all the employee. employes health and safety is our first target. due experiance workers need to be appriciated.
