    The good thingsThe good things about this company are it is a diversified company and I learned a lot of things especially management of its active subsidiaries. The board of Directors are super nice and open the opportunity for you to learn in whatever area you might keen of.
    The challengesThe management should take care of its staff benefits so that the staff feels empower and have the feeling to grow with the company. The unsystematic distribution of bonus from its subsidiaries to its holdings is not proportionate. Staff who is underperform was not given a warning and there are a few favorable underperform staff who receive extra care from the employer.
