    The good thingsThe experience I've gained here is excellent, and we have a strong and positive company culture. Personal and team achievements are recognized, reflecting the effort we put in. Having the chance to participate in or take charge of new tasks is also a fun experience. The company has experienced significant growth in recent years, and I have no regrets about being part of this team.
    The challengesTraining our adaptability skills to embrace changes in order to create better value is sometimes challenging, but it's also an opportunity for learning and growth.

    The good thingsI learn a lot when working at here. do consult, manage student problems, calling, do videos, admin work, do events here the people are helpful, friendly n caring.

    No career growth, no increase salary, need fight target
    The good thingsmanagement was always caring, working environment ok, colleagues are nice and have extra money if you got fight your target and got holiday trips
    The challengesneed to every time accept change, no chance for career advancement and salary no increase when I worked there. Working hours also very long and no rewards. every month need fight target. Good luck
