    The good thingsA lot to learn. Good team members. They won't let you die alone. Good salary increment and good bonuses even during pandemic.
    The challengesNeed to work almost in every public holiday. Standby on phone almost 24/7. Sometime insanely high pressure working environment and still need to deliver results.

    My four months journey
    The good thingsI feel happy to be a part of Human Resource Management staffs. I have gained a lot of experiences on how to work with a team. A holiday filled with internship is no doubt time maximize. I was given much opportunity to learn, explore and experience from the two departments I explored in 16 weeks. Other than seniors and colleagues from Toyo Tires Malaysia, my network expended to other external parties as well. In conclusion, I had a memorable and fruitful internship in Toyo Tires Malaysia which is beneficial for me in the future. Thank you.
