    I’ve learned how to make SOP for the whole of my department
    The good thingsBy making SOP I’ve learned how to improve my interact skills with others team member. Other than that when you are close to team member they will cooperate with you in a good way then will collecting data for SOP step will be easier since team members are the most expext at that
    The challengesI have to collect data walking around the company and interview them and the job take me more than 3 months to complete. Since its the first time I’ll do i find it’s hard. Maybe in the future it will be only easy
