If You're a Visionary, Stay Away
The good things1. Good bunch of colleagues. 2. Opportunity to learn Japanese way of improving processes. 3. Above average bonus each year.
The challenges1. The leadership is not in touch with the grass root. Information is normally second or third hand, which can cause non-aligned understanding. 2. The structure is flat, not much room to grow internally. 3. The majority of the employees have been there for 10 years or more, causing paradigm shift to be a challenge. 4. The leadership gives an impression that it's not keen or afraid to be big.

The job was good but the superior(Branch & Assistant Manager) was horrible
The good thingsThe good thing working there was fun environment and I had very kind friends/colleagues. I gain lost of experience working there. The benefits was very good.
The challengesI definitely haven’t reached the pinnacle of human enlightenment. So I can’t boast that harsh criticisms, the accidental blunder or bad experience never get to me. But I’d like to offer the practical steps I take to move past it.
