Good stepping stone for fresh graduate to learn. Not suitable for long term career advancement where management will only promote you based on relationship and not on your performance.
The good thingsNice working environment which makes you feel too comfortable and won't make you step out of your comfort zone.
The challengesDon't have specific job scope and will keep rotate you to different department after few years.

Poor management lead to more resignation of excellent staff
The good thingsThe colleagues and team members that is playing a good role will make you stay.
The challenges1. No proper SOP. Messed up system 2. Too much of unnecessary internal admin paperwork. 3. Frequently changing of Management members (expatriates instead of local staff) 4. Frequent job rotation internally in short period (less than a year), lead to low motivation among members and no development in knowledge. 5. Management member with a very low knowledge 6. Imbalance workload among staff 7. Poor working environment with no good air flow causing staff to fall sick very often 8. Working environment : Too much beliefs in ''feng shui" instead than seeking improvements through the work.

I have gathered a lot of knowledge and experiences.
The good thingsThe superiors were very helpful in giving a hand and knowledge.
The challengesAs I have never been working before, during the first month I was having difficulties in understanding the SAP system and UBS system as these two are very new to me. However, with a very helpful supervisor, it is much easier to ask for help and guidance.

Challenging & Full Of Learning Opportunities
The good thingsOverall, a good working environment with great benefits to the employee. You will be given lots of learning opportunities and chances to explore on business areas that are of interest to you and the company. it is great platform for to develop your skills set and exposure to international level of trading.
The challengesThe biggest challenge would be that you will need to be constantly aware that even though team effort is a plus but need to be proactive and to be discipline enough to be able to work alone. There is always great support from the superior, however it will require a personal effort and attention to ensure a successful business.

    Great stable platform
The good thingsA very good starting career path, learn alot of processing and technical skill. Gain an in-depth knowledge on handling customer. A very stable career path and very steady, even in a weak economy, they will not fired you. recommend for those who want a stable career. Knock off at 4.40pm.
The challengesIt is very political and alot of the management is power hungry. Spend budget on useless stuff and not focus on enhancing employee skill. Salary is too low and company is earning alot. Very focus on process and not flexible.

A good place to learn about multiple tasks
The good thingsEmployers are very supportive in terms of giving advice. Colleagues are friendly and are always ready to help whenever needed. The pays are good if you are fresh graduate. Business travel expenses such as accommodation, flight ticket and certain expenses. There will be at least one business trip to oversea within a year. Good exposure to expand your knowledge in learning overseas culture.
The challengesThe tasks that are provided are too diversified and the standard of procedures are not well prepared. Most of the time the task that one individual do are almost different entirely compared to other individuals' task. Thus, whenever more tasks are provided, employees are more vulnerable to mistakes due to the differences of each businesses pattern.

    Learning Curve
The good thingsUnlimited learning opportunities. Every year company organized overseas trips around Asia. Friendly staffs with conducive working environment.
The challengesToo many reports. Decision making can be slow at times. Limited parking space due to office is located in city centre.
