    TCB - a good company!
    The good thingsCompany takes care of its employees. Work life balance is important to the organization. Believes in grooming employees; ie training, oppurtunities for study MBA, cross training exposure. My direct superior is someone who will push you to perform your best. He is a great leader and involve his team in decision making.

    The good thingsThe company venture into the new area of the business and there are many room for improvement. Currently the company is lead by a very knowledgeable and reputable leader who will for sure make the company into an international branding.
    The challengesTo many redundant position and structure of the company is not good.
