    The good thingsFriendly working environment, supportive team leader, opportunity to liaise with local and international customer/agent, great staff bonding among Trancy staff at all branches as there are a lots of activity organized yearly.
    The challengesHeavy workload especially during high shipment volume, meeting up tight deadlines, and some uncontrollable external factors which interrupt work process.
