    Corporate Style Company
The good thingsVery US corporate style company. Wide freedom and high flexibility and good work-life balance. Can barely experience micro-management here but the higher management is very figure driven! Fairly satisfying benefits here that they always take your sacrifices into consideration. Pretty chill working in Trane and the pace is extremely slow! Not recommended for young/fresh graduate to begin their early career here
The challengesVery US Corporate style that they are totally driven by figure! All the sweat and tears won't been seen by the TOP MANAGEMENT! Retrenchment always happen regardless how much you have contributed to the company when the FIGURE in plunging! Internal politics can never be solved which is part of the reason that the business be driven down!

    Great perks working here
The good thingsGood benefits, competitive salary, work load isn't too much, very structured employee system where everything has its own department and people in charge of carrying out their specialized work.
The challengesVery corporate. They will cut workforce right away if sales numbers dip, because the company was bought over by Ingersoll Rand and they took a huge loan to buy the company, so now they're demanding every cent they can pinch out of Trane to make back their investment.

The challengesLonger working hours (by choice) Limited resource (in the form of claimable items as sales) Tight budget which leads to small amount of support staffs

    Nice Benefit & environment
The good thingsGood benefit(above market). additional contribution of employer on EPF, Birthday \"angpao\"+half day leave, reward for encouraging employee to give brilliant ideas & bring profit to the company. Professional HR.
The challengesSystem used are very old & outdated. Lots of manual works needed. Anyway, they are planning to hire a better software. I left the company due to the whole Procurement Department being decentralized. I am looking for a company who believe Procurement is one of the revenue generate department.
