    one of the best company i've ever join
    The good thingshave sports club activity to balance the working environment. staffs average age is around 36, almost all staff are young. all C levels are awesome. have work from home option.
    The challengesworkload is somehow a bit tough, but manageable. need to work on weekend/night, but can work anywhere, no issue when MCO, all can work from home.

    Good company with lots of staff benefits - some may even better than the banks
    The good thingsMedical, dental, structured bonus, team lunch, townhall, enrichment allowance rm100/months for gym subscription/any other courses that we would like to attend, fast career path if you perform well, biennial medical checkup for staffs, sponsored parking/touch n go allowance for those taking public transport, 13th month bonus for those who serve 24 consecutive months with the company.
    The challengesExpect to work extra working hours (selected departments ;-) ) and sometimes bosses will need your response even after office hours and on weekends.

    Great work culture
    The good thingsGreat team work and work culture. Excellent working environment, very comfortable offices. Fun social and team building events. CEO, CFO, management etc are competent and humble leaders. Arcade & fooseball table on ground floor office for staff to relax. In close proximity to Mynews.com, Touch N Go, and Kerinchi LRT station.
    The challengesWorking for confirmation and salary increment is extremely competitive. Not a lot of affordable food options in Bangsar South.
