    The good thingsWe work closely with the Management. So any decision, are prompt and as staff, we can proceed our execution of job without much delay.
    The challengesCommunication within office staff and operation staff. Some message are not delivered which there are times, we need to do double confirmation. Yet this is quite common in every other industry.

    The good thingsHR orientation was clear and simple and I was being assigned to a few mentors to begin with. Great chance to learn as my mentors are patience and understanding. They will ask my background first beforehand.

    Great Team Work!
    The good thingsThe seniors are friendly here and they provide supportive on-the-job training at the site and also inter-department introduction. I have learned many intangible values from their management and colleagues. Happy working environment. Work is challenging yet it is fun and a lot to explore as the jobs touch many industries such as petrochemical plant, infrastructure projects and oil and gas.

    The good thingsNice and friendly management and colleagues. Nice office. Good parking ! Overall good feeling mostly.
    The challengesDefinitely is not easy job working here because involve in operation of big projects. However the feeling is very good after we complete the work success. Learn a lot of skills and knowledge here.

    The good thingsHard work but exciting and a place where you can learn a lot. It's a very fast paced and rather demanding place to work. Discipline and professionalism is greatly emphasize here due to high risk heavy lifting job. Very high job satisfaction feeling because involve in big projects.
    The challengesRapidly expanding company and good business quite high turnover, lack for human resources to cope sometimes staff overload. Dealing with people from all levels can be challenging and also rewarding.

    The good thingsLearn how to solve problem from supplier,tachnician,operation,company and management. I have to target my sale on my operation. I need to manage my management in my operation. Must able to communicate with staff and custemer who don't know how to speak in english. Have to train new staff standard of procedure, to make operation well. Make the operation and paperwork in the same time.
    The challengesHave to train new staff knowledge and make them adapt to the work. Have to choose the right person who able to work after interview. Have to communicate with person who dont know how to speak in same langguage with me. How to manage operation and paperwork in the same time.
