    It was very good
    The good thingsI enjoyed meeting customers and improvise my communication skills especially with foreigners because I can learn a new culture and new work environment. It was a great experience for me because I'm keen to reach company's target and provide the best service for the customer. Great and understanding colleagues and supervisor also one of the reasons why I loved working there.
    The challengesthey should improve part-timer benefits. Shop operator should've provided their workers with their pay slip so it'd be easier for the subordinates to apply for loans and etc. Also, shop operator should spend more time in the shop especially during the weekends so he/she can monitor the workers during peak seasons

    The challenges-Keep changing job scope without informing and guidance. -Change Head Of Department once a year but the New HOD have to do appraisal for your last year result.

    Best exposure for Interns
    The good thingsA good idea for interns to have some experience in terms of logistics, stock management, and control. Highly recommended for students that currently major in Retail Management or Operations Management. I'm sure this is a place for you to gain the working experience. Very supportive colleagues.
    The challengesThe working hours is a bit stretch. For interns, 9.30 am until 6.30 pm. For those who really worked there, work usually ends at 8.30 pm. Language barriers between the warehouse operators. Outdated usage of system. Still uses Windows XP though.
