need a lot improvement

The good thingsSmall company, nice and young friendly colleague. Working main communication via watsapp, convenient & efficient however they like to watsapp query about working matters even after office hours & during weekends. life imbalance. God bless you if you are still keen to this working culture. =)

The challengesOnly give the minimum basic employee benefit. Currently undergo restructuring due to covid19. No more focus travel related products but will diversify to other business product. Only minimal increment in salary yearly. career progression is unclear.

enjoyable but tired of work shifts

The good thingsI can meet international and local artists. I'm glad to be exposed towards overseas router/pocket WiFi, overseas sim cards, attraction tickets and Japan Rail Pass. Nice to meet customers with good manners.

The challengesTired of no free staff parking, unexpected shift rotating schedule, face up some customers with bad manners, weak management for some travel products especially for the refund matters and weak workers' welfare.
