Intense Crash Course in BusinessThe good things1) I was given travelling opportunities to meet and deal with suppliers, while getting more in depth knowledge on the products I was dealing with then, subsequently enabling me to service my customers even better.
2) I was given the chance to experience running a small trading company by maintaining the accounts (updating sales and profits of my dealings), executing documentations with minimal assistance, ensuring the supply chain runs smoothly with optimum communication and coordination with all parties involved and building relationships with all my customers and suppliers.
The challenges1) Management was one of the things that this company could improve on as there was not a HR department that could assist us when we were overworked (by hiring more executives)
2) A little bit more structure in the work flow would be ideal for efficiency as there were constant criss cross in workflow hence double/triple work were put into a single task.
