    YES to gain experience, but NO if to stay for long term
    The good thingsStable company, the whole process is there for you to follow
    The challengesThe culture is hard to blend in. The shareholder works as part of the employees and has their own rules for dos and don'ts. Some of them work they for quite sometimes and we have to follow their way of working although it causes more work flow.

    GREAT FOR GAIN EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE!
    The good thingsWhat I do love the most when working with Tri-E is i have a very supportive colleague for every things that i may not so good in it, they willing to share their knowledge in order for me to learn & explore new thing. I can say there is many more things I gained after joining this company. So far frankly said I have an enjoyable environment when working here as customer service.
    The challengesNothing much, maybe the management sometimes too strict especialy with the SOP.

    The challengesIn the beginning it is hard to understand it's enterprise architecture. But once you understand the benefits of it, you will learn to appreciate it.

    The good thingsYou have room to expand if you are good at what you do and are willing to go further. You will be given the flexibility and freedom to explore, provided you have a good sense in what you do. Mentoring is available if you are serious learner. It applies to all departments.
    The challengesThere's a lot to learn. Seriously for eager and competitive person. Being in the nature of the industry, there's no formula to go by but always a continuous effort to learn, adapt and grow. definitely not for the faint-hearted or those looking for a stable-slow-paced environment.

    0-100 in a short time if you can handle it
    The good thingsFriendly superiors who want the best out of you but also give you the best. You can learn tons of stuff you didnt even know about in a short while provided you can learn fast, and willing to put your time and effort in. Learned more in 3 months than the 2 years i spent at my last job.
