    Integrated workplace
    The good thingsTop performers in transportation safety and the operation staff are well taken care beneficially by the management. its a stepping stone for future career developments and have the freedom to learn every each departments operation which is had outclass other competitors with the tremendous technologies & integrated business planning by their expert and dedicated staff.
    The challengeslife is like a set of wheel.. sometimes you will be at the top and also gradually going down. others said bad office politics but i have to agree and not to agree. things happen for a reason yet its was a challenging but yet its has it own bitter sweet moments when growing with fully integrated system of work and career transformations. Give mercy.

    Pleasant Company if only the top management listen to the lower staff on how the managers attitude towards staff
    The good thingsHigh salary, bonuses and benefits given Nice, supporting and friendly colleagues Good training exposure and involvement for all staff Good safety procedures at site Exposure to bigger clients Good place to develop relationships with future major employers Good opportunities for career development especially if related/connected to the top management Some managers are very kind, helpful and act as real leaders
    The challengesVery horrible office politics among staff Very bad work/life balance Plant office is very near to hazardous site Few people that has connections/relations to top management can do whatever they want Main office that has no friendly/outgoing atmosphere (quiet and very stressful) Few particular managers are very horrible human beings just because they hold power as managers (all staff knows who they are) Top management only trust and listen to managers, not from lower staff

    The good thingsWhat I enjoy the most when working in this company is of course the colleagues. All of my colleague is very friendly and very fun to work with. My very first day working, then i met all of my colleague, and felt like i known them for a long time.They treat me like a family,they help me a lot during my time in this company. The other good things is the environment. The environment is very clean
    The challengesTo me this company should have bigger office. Their office is quite small, its hard to move around to check on your co-worker. Other thing that should be done differently is this company should have probably a mini workshop to repair the company's trucks.
