    The good thingsThis company has endless learning opportunities for you to grow in your career. You can even learn things that are outside of your job scope if you're willing and eager to learn. Environment and colleagues are all very nice, which you can hardly find it in other companies. The management is also looking at performance more than seniority, which is also a plus point.
    The challengesBecause performance is very important, sometimes you have to sacrifice your own personal time in order to complete your tasks or pick up new skills. And dealing with multiple difficult/demanding clients is pretty stressful.

    Ever-Evolving Job with Plenty to Learn
    The good thingsIf you want a job with plenty to learn or experience, this is the place. In the past 4 years working here, I can honestly say that I'm doing a lot of new things than when I first started. The company benefits aren't bad either, and there are nice colleagues here.
    The challengesThere are times when work/life balance becomes a bit challenging and the pay feels a little low, but in response, the management is still proactively listening to us for suggestions on how to improve, and are hiring people to lighten the workload.

    The good thingsIf you're one for the activities, then you're in for a good ride. Even if you are not too keen, that's alright too! Career advancement opportunities are good here since performance is prized above seniority. You only need to get your side of the work done and help around every once in a while. The environment and the people are really great!
    The challengesAfter the rebranding, things just go better. There's no challenges I faced that I couldn't overcome yet. All's good! :D

    Ever Evolving and Keeping up to new tech
    The good thingsDirectly work with Google as the company are premier partners and Alibaba as they are the main agent in Malaysia. Learn much from management and partners like Google & Alibaba. Get to experience working with overseas colleagues and company has presence in south east asia. Most colleagues are very helpful and treat each other like family. Many internal events like sports, picnics, family days and company trips. For sales team, incentive overseas trips like Europe, USA & Asia. Even subsidize gym memberships and annual health checks for all staffs.
    The challengesToo many changes happening from time to time to adapt to the ever changing environments of the digital marketing / online platform businesses. Need to constantly keep up to the ever changing requirements. Much pressure from colleagues who are constantly pushing forward.

    The good thingsTRINITY team is very dynamic. Here, we have cool colleagues, fun working environment and good benefits. The company embrace new technology and continuously implement new idea and concepts into the team. Organization is flat, everyone can talk to each other. A fun place to work.
    The challengesThe company have to adapt to the market change. The company could done it better if the management has well prepared the employees for all the upcoming changes as sudden changes might confuse the team if it doesn't fan down properly.

    The good thingsThe environment in this company is great, you can work with each other like your family member. Everyone is willing to teach you, advise you or even more in your daily work. Furthermore, this company provides facilities like Wii, pool tables, electronic dart and etc. Also, company provide also incentive trip every year as well as activities in every month organize by in house sports club.
    The challengesBasically the company have already done very well to the staffs in terms of facilities and benefits. Salary wise may be higher if compared to competitors out there.
