    The good thingswe worked like a large family. Birthday greetings and celebrations.
    The challengeslike any families, fights, conflicts and arguments are inevitable from time to time, especially when pressures are up and solutions are scarce at that moment.

    Good place for those looking to gain diverse, hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. For individuals seeking sustained professional development or progression, it may not be the most suitable choice.
    The good things1. Overall, the colleagues are friendly and easy to work with. 2. A great place to gain insight into how a semiconductor company operates.
    The challenges1-Very minimum benefit given- Medical-RM800 per year for medical treatment at appointed clinics (for executive) & exclude immediate family. Public holiday entitlement only for big holidays-exclude Wesak, Isra'Mi'raj,Nuzul Quran & etc. 2-Bonus/Increment not entitled-no performance review/KPI done

    The challengesNo bonus..No annual salary increment. Holiday and weekend need to response to issue.Night time also need to reply to WhatsApp.. Too people always like to scold employees.

    TRIO-TECH (M) SDN BHD
    The good thingsTRIO-TECH (M) SDN BHD is the best working environment that i ever experienced. During my time, all the team from below to the highest level are very friendly and we working as a family, not as a officemate. In day time, we do our work as a team and sometime after working hour, we can have a cup of coffee and have a great laugh with the highest manager of the company.
    The challengesThe only thing is, this company offered a very very low ranking salary which give me and other colleague no other choice but to leave the company for a better offer. Not only they pay the low salary, they also gave a very low increment (there's some workers only get RM10 increment) and hardly to give bonus.
