The challengesSometimes will face some problem such as customer complain the travel app cannot function well, we try to solve the problem but customer not giving us enough time to solve.

I really gain my new experience in a customer service line even sometimes is quite pressure but this the way to learn the tough job.
The good thingsI have to manage time very well to solve the customer problems.
The challengesI have to be more patience in case the customer is anger. Try to slow talk with the customer.
