    The good thingsHaving good and supportive team players / colleague; Being given the opportunity to lead a division ( Legal / HRAD) and under minimum supervision; Good perks & staff benefit;
    The challengesInsufficient manpower and must be prepared to do multi tasking - which is good but at certain time this has impact on work quality or output due to time constraint to carry out thorough research on specific task assigned.

    The good thingsGain a lot of experience in Construction Industry. Have valuable experience during the transformation of this Company from Property Developer to Project Management to Construction and finally now as a Facilities Management Services.
    The challengesHave to know in depth all discipline in Construction and Facilities Management. Must adapt quickly on what ever changes in the organization. Have to carry out tasks which is not in our job description. Sometimes have to take responsibility from other peoples mistakes or in the other words must wearing different cap at the same time.
