    not a good place to stay if u look for career development
    The good thingswork 6 days a week but flexible working hour
    The challengesThe management will focus on the client more, always got last minute work to do, no friendly environment, the manager can't even speak a proper English or write a proper English. When we report the problems to management, the management will push away the problems and blame instead of helping the team. The management is not helpful at all.

    Low efficiency, bad management
    The good thingsOnly thing good here is the flexible working hours
    The challengesBad quality of higher management, wouldn’t accept feedbacks from subordinates, so call manager but can’t even speak and type proper English. Petty about allowances, double reporting which cause heavier and heavier workload, whenever there’s something happen they point the arrow and blame first before understanding the situation.

    The good thingsAs a Field Executive for Penang in Aug 2014-Sept 2015,had lots of interaction,training and consultation with Head Office. Owner is a Great Leader and can handle all situations in a calm and positive manner. Very professional in interactions,training and meetings.
    The challengesSupplying promoters with stock( Nestle products) n hardware (display booth),Sales reports and communication with promoters eg not answering calls Wages are taking too long and so promoters are upset and become Negative in work attitude.

    Friendly supervisor to guide new workers.
    The good things- Learning to do retail sales and improve interpersonal communication skill by communicating with customers and workers in every working venue. - Equipped with knowledge of working in shopping mall and supermarket. - Get to know more about retail sales industry especially as sales executive (promoter). - Learn to adapt in a new environment as different working venues are given. - Learn to push sales by targetting potential customers and polite personality towards all customers.
    The challenges- Need to stand for at least 7/8 hours per day. - Need to deal with impolite/rude customers. - Coordinating stocks available from time to time. - Questioned by customers with questions like costly price compared to other products, less promotions etc.

    Good salary, terrible management and processing of salary and wages
    The good thingsGood salary, plus commission.
    The challengesmy first month of working experience is really terrible as my salary have to be processed and bank in to my account at the end of next month and that takes roughly 1 month, while i heard that my another roadshow promoter got their salary early and that is not fair!

    Good salary, terrible management and processing of salary and wages.
    The good thingsThe salary as a part time promoter is good and averagely high compared to other company who only pay RM 80 per day still in 2017. I can get commission too if i sold a product and that encourage me to have motivation to promote more to customers.
